After sales, we often receive customer feedback that there is a problem with the exhaust pressure of the air compressor. So what are the reasons for exhaust gas pressure failure? Today our editors have put together some content on this topic.
Symptoms:
Exhaust pressure too high
1. Pressure setting too high:
Adjust pressure switch settings.
2. Defective pressure sensor.
Replace pressure sensor. 3. Malfunctioning charge solenoid valve:
If blocked but not completely blocked, check the solenoid valve to troubleshoot.
4. Gasoline consumption drops sharply:
Check the change in gas consumption and if the gas consumption is reasonable, reduce the high value of the discharge pressure.
Five. Failure of the unloader solenoid valve:
As a result, a dispensing error occurs, and if the dispensing volume is less than the pressure, the dispensing volume will continue to increase. Check and troubleshoot the solenoid valve.
6. Intake valve stuck and unable to close, causing continuous stress. Remove the inlet valve. If it's not too clogged, sand the rusty area with sandpaper and add more lube. exhaust pressure
Symptoms:
Exhaust pressure too low
1. If the specific gas supply exceeds the gas output of the generator set, check the connections and piping and repair any leaks immediately. If the air supply of the system software exceeds the air capacity of the compressor unit during normal use, the large compressor unit should be replaced or upgraded.
2. Default value of relief actuation pressure is too low. Set the relief pressure value appropriately to take full advantage of the high efficiency.
3. The filter element of the compressor air filter is dirty and clogged, resulting in insufficient air intake and low discharge pressure of the air compressor generator set. Inspect the air filter and replace if necessary.
Four. The relays are defective, the exhaust duct main vent relay and the cold start vent relay are leaking and need to be replaced.
5. The safety valve fails and the air compressor cannot be closed when under load. Repair or replacement is required.
6. The compressor valve is leaking and the gate valve needs to be readjusted or replaced.
7. Compressor oil separator drain valve is stuck open causing a leak and needs to be repaired.
